Biography

A food technologist, Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, associate professor (Improvement of technology of cut meat semi-finished products with vegetable raw materials, 2020).

Graduated from Economics and Tourism Institute of Lviv in 2010, speciality “Food technology”, 2015-2019 – doctoral student, postgraduate student at Stepan Hzhytskyi Veterenary Medicine and Biotechnologies National University of Lviv, 2020 – thesis defence at Food Technology National University, Kyiv. 2010-2012 – teacher at Lviv Higher Professional School Number 29; 2012-2021 – teacher at Lviv Special College of Food Technology and Business, Food Technology National University; 2020-2021 – part-time teacher at Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture; since 2021 – associate professor at the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Activity and Food Technology, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Author of more than 40 scientific and scientific-methodical works.
