Опис курсу

The «Hotel and Restaurant Economy of Ukraine» course is an optimal discipline within speciality No. 241 «Hotel and Restaurant Industry» for educational program No. 24 «Service».  It is taught in the 4th term in the amount of 4 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, ECTS). The aim of the discipline is to help students form a set of professional knowledge about the theoretical foundations of the hotel and restaurant industry in Ukraine, trends in hotel and restaurant business within the country, the current state of hotel and restaurant infrastructure within the country and its future prospects.
