The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Geographical Education and Science: Challenges and Advancement” dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Geography at Lviv University, which will be held on the 18th-20th of May 2023 at the Geography Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
The conference will be held in person, subject to the conditions of both martial law and quarantine restrictions. However, remote access to the plenary and breakout session is planned (via ZOOM platform).
The conference materials will be included in a collection of scientific papers.
Upon finalising the conference, all participants will receive certificates (60 hours, 2 ECTS credits).
Working languages: Ukrainian, English, German, Polish.
REGISTRATION AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To participate in the conference please do the following:
- The article should be emailed to geoconf@lnu.edu.ua as a Microsoft Word file prepared according to the template. All participants will receive a confirmation of acceptance of their materials by e-mail within three business days. In case of absence of confirmation, please contact the Organizing Committee.
The authors are responsible for the content and accuracy of the submitted materials. Materials submitted after 1 of April 2023, or those prepared without following the rules, will not be considered by the Organizing Committee. - Fill out the electronic registration form (for all authors) via https://forms.gle/FSpcSWrRPeMvr3s29
- Send a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of the payment of the organizational fee or an article publishing in the collection of scientific papers to e-mail geoconf@lnu.edu.ua.

ORGANIZATIONAL FEE
Organizational fee is UAH 600. The fee includes participation in sessions, printed collection of scientific papers and a certificate, a promotional kit, coffee breaks. Accommodation, lunches, dinners, and participation in the field scientific seminar are paid additionally.
The cost of remote participation is UAH 250. The fee includes electronic version of the collection of scientific papers and a certificate.
All registered participants will receive electronic collection of scientific papers and their certificates. The conference materials will be posted on the website of the Faculty of Geography as well as on partner websites.
Proposals for participant accommodation will be sent along with the conference programme (by the 5th of May 2023).
