Geographer-soil scientist, Ph.D. in Geography (Black soils on the forest rocks of Volyn-Podillya and Precarpathia, 2021), associate professor (2002).

Graduated from the Faculty of Geography, Lviv State University (1987), postgraduate (1997). 1987-1994‒ engineer, research fellow at SRL-50, 1994-1997‒ assistant, since 1998‒ associate professor at the Department ofSoil Science and Soil Geography, Lviv university. 2012-2013‒ under the grant of international scientific program Erasmus Mundus was an internship at the University of Bologna (Italy).

Author of more than 70 scientific publications, 2 monographs and tutorials.
