Course description
The discipline “Advertising in the hotel and restaurant business” is a final normative discipline in the speciality 241 Hotel and restaurant business for the bachelor’s degree, which is taught in the 3rd semester in the amount of 4 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System ECTS).
The course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge which is compulsory to develop the necessary skills and abilities of advertising in the hotel and restaurant business. Therefore, the course presents both an overview of the concepts and principles of advertising in the hotel and restaurant business and the tools needed for applying advertising in the hotel and restaurant business.
After successful completing of the course the student will be able to form the necessary skills and abilities in advertising in the hotel and restaurant business; to study the basics of advertising in the hotel and restaurant business; to master advertising in the hotel and restaurant business.
