Опис курсу
The discipline “Castle Tourism” is an elective discipline in the specialty 242 Tourism for the bachelor’s degree program, which is planned in the 4-th term of the 2-nd year of studying and comprises 4 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System ECTS).
This course covers the study of historical and cultural fortification resources, organization and conduct of castle tours, protection and use of historical and cultural heritage, cultural fortification attractions and their influence on tourism interest, and castle tourism development programs in Ukraine.
This course has both theoretical and practical focus. Its methodology involves mandatory practical consolidation of theoretical material.
